ROOM AND BOARD IN EXCHANGE FOR BABYSITTING
Looking for a college student interested in exchanging room and board for 15-18 hours a week of babysitting. Private room and bath (on your own floor), fully furnished, meals and parking on a quiet street. We have (don't flinch!) 5 kids ages 3 year to 11.5 years. We home chool. Mostly, we need help with our two youngest, Maisie,3, and Jane, 5. Occasional sanity saving nights would be great, too. Bonus, our kids go to bed early. Because I'm home, I'm super flexible about when we'd need help and can work around your class schedule. Move in late summer/fall 2014. Contact Sierra at firstname.lastname@example.org or 610-324-1261. We've had an Eastern student with us for the last two years and she can tell you more about us too! (posted 3/7/14)
ROOM FOR RENT IN HOME WITH SEMINARY ALUMNI
My husband and I have a room to rent in our home which is about 30 minutes from the St. Davids campus and about 20 minutes from Palmer Seminary at King of Prussia. Bob and I are both graduates of the Seminary. He pastors the First Baptist Church in Malvern, PA. We have enjoyed renting to an undergraduate in the past. We are open to any student and are welcoming to an international student. I grew up in Japan, and Bob and I have both had international housemates in the past. Please contact Bob at 484-636-7015. FREE ROOM AND BOARD FOR SUMMER NANNY
Live-in nanny needed in my home for school age children starting in mid-July. Small stipend plus free room and board. Housekeeping/laundry/meal prep help. A 2013 Honda Civic for both personal use and to help with transportation for my children. Smart phone. Head of local high school English dept. and teacher, single mom with three daughters (one with down syndrome who is a high functioning delightful child) - ages 13, 11 and 4. Children need oversight in getting ready for school, breakfast prepared and being seen to the school bus each morning. Younger children arrive home by 4 PM and will need supervision. The girls are in school during the day when college classes are in session. My home is five minutes from Eastern St. Davids. You may have free use of the car to attend classes and for personal use as you need it. Contact Nikki Donze at email@example.com (posted 1/30/14)
